FAQ's: Our policy on working for you.
When do we start? We begin more or less straight away. Usually the next available working day, you'll get a call from one of our team asking a few brief question to get us started, and then your website is fully integrated into our system.
There may sometimes be a slight delay of a few days before we can start
due to volume of new clients, but you are in good company with other people
who also appreciate quality. Because of this we have to legally reserve
the right to use the first available opportunity to start your work rather
than tell you it's going to be on day one. We do guarantee you that work
will commence within 28 days or you will be offered a full refund. Your
12 months starts on the day we do, not when you subscribe to ensure you
get full value.
How long before
you start to notice a difference? It differs for different type of sites,
but we are impatient to see things change for the better, and therefore
every effort is made to ensure it's sooner rather than later, usually you'll
see a difference within the first few weeks.
Do we guarantee performance? Because there are lots of parameters outside our control, such as how much
you charge, what the interest is in what you sell etc, no guarantees are
offered or implied as to the success or failure of our endeavours. But you
are assured will will try our very best, as we want you to recommend us
to everyone else, and of course come back next year!
