COMPUTER SUPPORT Computer
support charges are £40 per hour,
this price includes traveling and expenses,
and while there is no "call-out"
fee I charge a minimum 1 hour. Due to
the diversity of potential variables
we cannot offer set fees, but are happy
to offer an idea dependent on you particular
problem. There is no weekend and evening
extra charge , but I prefer to work
normal hours where possible. Single
PC/Laptop users and/or small businesses
sole traders etc may prefer this rate
on an ad hoc basis for their support.
HOME
COMPUTER SUPPORT INSURANCE For just £75
pa per pc per annum you can buy piece
of mind that if anything goes wrong
with the software on your computer the
cost to repair it is free. (NOT available
for computers over 5 years old when
first taken out.)
PRIVATE
TUITION
Lessons are available for general knowledge
or specifically toward academic requirement.
The standard rate is £40ph. Do
sit up straight at the back there!
Due to amount to cover lessons are offered
in 2 hour sessions only.
COMMERCIAL
COMPUTER SUPPORT
The basic rate remains £50 per
hour, it includes traveling and expenses,
and while there is no "call-out"
fee during office hours but I charge
a minimum 1 hour. There is a weekend
and evening extra charge of £50,
but I prefer to work normal hours
where possible.
These
levels are designs for small /office
systems of up to 20 computers. We
reserve the right to negotiate separately
on larger installations.

NETWORK SUPPORT INSURANCE
For just £100 per annum
per pc you can buy piece
of mind that your business is insured
for the cost of all you software support
for your entire network. (Excludes
out of hours calls out and expenses
& costs)
